U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo will travel to Brasilia, Brazil this week to strengthen the U.S.-Brazil bilateral relationship. During her visit, Raimondo will meet with government officials and business leaders to discuss trade and investment opportunities, areas of cooperation on climate action, and the importance of supply chain resilience. Secretary Raimondo will co-chair the 12th Plenary of the U.S.-Brazil CEO Forum. The Secretary’s travel bolsters the Biden Administration’s efforts to advance U.S. commercial interests in Latin America and enhance the United States’ important partnership with Brazil.
